LOS ANGELES – UNIVERSIAL STUDIOS – HOLLYWOOD – NBC JAY LENO TONIGHT SHOW – SANTA MONICA – BEVERLY HILLS – SUNSET BLVD

Not many other cities around the world are so hyped-up as the one I just came from and the one I was driving to next. Las Vegas and Los Angeles.

I stayed at the Adventure hostel, about 35min south of Hollywood. Nice comfortable place, more like a youth hostel than anything else, big pool and nice atmosphere all around. Read the rest of this entry »

JOSHUA TREE NATIONAL PARK – MOJAVE DESERT NATIONAL PRESERVE

“It’s the longest stretch left of the historic Route 66, I suggest you take it!” said the old lady in the information centre. So I did!

BRYCE CANYON NATIONAL PARK – MOZQUITO CREEK – ZION NATIONAL PARK

After tearing up the backroads in Capitol Reef National park I ended up in Bryce Canyon National Park.

I cannot believe that I been on the road for 10days already! Geeze time flies!! I get fed up with the areas fairly quickly and want on to the next fairly soon… I am not sure why, but I guess thinking back I have always been like that, longing to the next great thing on the agenda.
