090601 – Normandy Trip started

Gathered at Erik’s place and two other guys joined us shortly after 0800. It was Per and Johan. They were dressed up like Talibans and were newly home from Afghanistan after serving there for 6months.

We loaded up and left for Landskrona and Vallåkra some short stops gathering some more gear. We soon there after headed to Malmö to pick-up our final co-traveller (also called Johan) and then started to head south through Europe. Read the rest of this entry »

Summery of 2006 and little more…

It is really unbelivable what has happened!

The last couple of years have really been amazing. It has been hard work, blood, tears, some swearing and a few arguments but when I look back it is amazing.

The highest peak of the Alps , is without a doubt the most sought after mountain in the world. Under-estimated by many, its ascent is a relatively simple snow route at the high altitude which requires a solid physical condition , necessary for the 10/12 hours of effort at high altitude.
